Qualifications for Non-Management Roles
We’re seeking talented individuals who bring a mix of hands-on ability and a can-do attitude. While specific requirements vary by role, here’s what we generally look for in our non-management team members:
Technical Skills:
Experience or training in welding, plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, electrical work, or sheet metal fabrication (apprenticeship or vocational certification a plus).
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet in fast-paced environments.
Physical Capability:
Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and handling tools and equipment safely.
